745 Boylston Street is an existing building along the Boylston Street commercial and retail corridor in the city of Boston. Charles Bradley acted as project designer for the proposed new elevation of the 745 Boylston Street office building while with CBT Architects. The project involved the renovation of an older Victorian building in Boston’s Back Bay with retail on the first floor and office space above. The exterior faced materials used included gfrc. The design accentuates the Victorian style of a previous era to match the existing terra-cotta materials on the existing building.
