Boston Public Library - Orient Heights Branch

East Boston, Massachusetts

 

Repairs to this neighborhood branch of the Boston Public Library built in 1967.

 

The scope of work included: Roof Repair, Design of a new exterior egress canopy with associated canopy details, Design of a condensing unit pad and location with new Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing connections, New Fire Rated Acoustical Ceiling System with replacement lighting fixtures, and new fire rated gypsum soffits.

 

Project Architect: Charles Bradley III (as an employee of Primary Group, Inc.)
