Boston Public Library - South End Branch

Repairs to this neighborhood branch of the Boston Public Library built in 1971.

 

The scope of work included: New tapered insulated EPDM roof with associated roof details at the roof edge, curb, mechanical and plumbing vent penetrations, replacement of existing blocking with new pressure treated blocking, replacement of existing flashing and counter flashing at all roof intersections such as window curbs, and parapets, and replacement and introduction of new roof drains.
