New Bern, North Carolina

 

Renovation of an existing hotel built in the 1970’s. The renovation consists of the following:

 

1. Complete renovation of the first floor to include a newly designed front desk with associated offices.

 

2. Renovation of existing public and employee toilet rooms to meet the current accessibility codes.

 

3. Renovation of 2 existing hotel rooms on the 6th floor to meet current accessibility codes for the sleeping room and bath rooms.
